NHD: Thesis Statement

My thesis statement is that the Hurricane Katrina Crisis had a political, economic and social difference between the victims and the government: this tragedy shows the history of previous hurricanes and levee problems in result to this crisis. Even though all of this turmoil, the victims pulled through to put their lives back together again.
